Grow your pharmacy

Folks, I can step into my garden and I am surrounded by plants that I can use for wounds of all kinds and you can too. Plants that can stop bleeding, shrink swelling and inflammation and fast track healing for sprains and strains.
Your garden and backyard can contain a pharmacy that covers a broad range of ailments from upset stomach to ear infection and most of these plants are easy to grow or grow like weeds, because they are weeds!
Anything you can make from the garden costs you next to nothing to use as a remedy. We are talking bang for your buck here in an environment of ever increasing medical costs, There is no better time than now to learn simple home remedies to keep you and your loved ones out of the doctors office and even the emergency room in some cases.

Private Property Plant ID Walk

July Plant ID Walks-Invite up to 8 people for your personal property wild plant ID Walk

I once had a teacher who said, "if you want to know your medicine, go out in your own backyard." I've seen this on more than one occasion and I'm amazed every time.
This would be a good time to contact Mari if you would like a personal wild plant ID walk in mid-July to learn the wild plants that grow on your land and how to put them to practical use.
In our area, (Woodland to Lake George) July 13-17 is typically prime time to ID as the plants will be in full bloom. During that week we will schedule appointments for private walks. Reserve your space asap as this is a first come first serve basis.
Fee: $100.00 per hour-Most walks are typically 2 hours or less.
